$150au is what i paid and it was $50 cheaper than the SM58 and the rode comes with a ten year warranty.

Sound:
comparing this to its nemesis the shure SM58, i hate to say it after believing in shure for so long but the rode M1 is better in so many different ways. the sound is clearer, doesnt break up as early, picks up less background noise and it costs less than the shure which makes it sound even better.

Ease of Use:
pretty dam easy if you know what your doing....

Support:
its comes with a ten year warranty and if a company is that confident it'll last that long, then so am i, otherwise it'd be 12month like the shure

Overall:
its simple, its $50 cheaper than the SM58, it comes with a longer warranty and after using it at one rehearsal after using a SM58's for so long it sounds better. i didnt believe it at first but all i can say is does anyone wanna buy a shure SM58 cause im done with it
